We continually strive to provide the highest possible standard of property management
to owners of holiday villas and apartments in the Nerja area and, of course, to their
valued guests. Our broad range of services can be tailored to meet the needs of individual
owners and we like to meet owners whenever possible to discuss this.
Accurate pricing without inspection is difficult because properties differ greatly
but please be assured that we are very cost effective. We send out pricing guides
by auto-responder. Just e-mail the responder address on the Contact Details page
and our price guide will arrive in your inbox in a few minutes.
The following list, which is not exhaustive, shows our level of commitment and hopefully
how we differ from our competitors.
- Nerja Property Management has a policy of openness. There will never be hidden extras
or small text in any contractual agreement that we may enter into with you.
- We are always on hand to provide help and advice during normal working hours and
all parties are provided with 24/7 emergency numbers.
- Through our commitment to service, ethical practices, and fair pricing structure,
we aim to give you, and your holiday guests complete satisfaction and value for money.
- We are not estate agents with a property management function tagged on, but are totally
focused on the management of holiday apartments and villas in Nerja, and nearby towns
and villages, for property owners.
- By agreement we can carry out regular interior and exterior property inspections
and issue reports and recommendations to owners.
- All guests receive an up-to-date pack containing local information, e.g. Bus times,
taxi numbers and 24/7 emergency contact details ect. We can also “meet and greet”
guests and provide “welcome packs” if required.
- Our cleaning service is “second to none”. Our “care team” are just not cleaners,
they are our vital customer care representatives and we treat them accordingly.
- We fully clean properties and arrange linen ect, before guests arrive and also offer
intermediate mini- cleans if requested for longer stays.
- Full “spring” cleaning can also be undertaken and this could include laundering of
duvets ect, steam- cleaning upholstery,washing curtains, ect. We can also advise
on choice of bed linen and towels ect.
- We can be officially registered as your key holder (2 sets needed) and generally
act as your Nerja representative whenever necessary. This could include, for example,
attending a community meeting as your proxy.
- We deal personally with minor repairs, maintenance,and painting ect. Which avoids
the significant expense of calling in outside agencies for minor work.
- We can look after gardens, including irrigation equipment, and can maintain pools
throughout the year.
